Since lessoned and future commitments could be explicitly linked to the different sub-dimensions of the matrix or could refer in general to a dimension, it is important that after the scoring exercise for each sub-dimension the APs share and discuss their lessons learned and find an agreement on future commitments for improving their partnership. After which, one of the participants fill in the columns “LESSON LEARNED” and “COMMITMENT TO IMPROVE THE PARTNERSHIP” of the table contained in of the TOOL D.


The TOOLS C1a, C1b e C1 are excel files made of three sheets. The first one contains, respectively, the scores of the Civic organisation, of the Company or Shared, which refer to the FULL VERSION of the Matrix. The second one contains, respectively, the scores of the Civic organisation, of the Company or Shared, which refer to the SHORT VERSION of the Matrix. The third sheet contains the partnership diamonds, which illustrate the peculiarity of the partnership in the perception of each single participant and of both partners together.

It is important that the participants can use a computer during the meeting.

Tool C can only be used for one evaluation (full version or short) at a time.

Partnership’s participants could decide to give the task to fill in TOOL C with the scores assigned separately from each partner to one of the participants in the evaluation process, before the meeting.

For example the person in charge of filling in the other TOOLS.
